Victim Advocacy & Violence Prevention

The USF Center for Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention provides free and confidential services to USF students, faculty and staff, both men and women, who have experienced crime, violence, or abuse, for incidents occurring on or off campus, recently or in the past.

Student Outreach and Support

The Office of Student Outreach & Support (SOS) at the 51在线, is a student-first direct care management team that supports students in managing stress that impacts their academics and overall health and wellness. The primary goal of support from SOS is to assist the student in mitigating stress that restricts their full potential while fostering individual growth and self-advocacy.

Students of Concern Assistance Team (SOCAT)

The Students of Concern Assistance Team (SOCAT) is a Behavioral Intervention Team. Operating as an administrative, interdisciplinary team that assesses referrals, collaborates with the SOS team to develop action plans for success, and monitors red flag behaviors and concerning trends across the campus community.

University Police Department

The University Police Department is dedicated to providing a safe environment for and in partnership with the community, while remaining committed to assisting with personal and professional development of department members. They are dedicated to the principle of being community-minded and service-driven.

Student Ombuds Office

An ombudsman (or ombuds) is a neutral third party who helps students and/or employees address problems, concerns, and complaints through informal means such as conversation, mediation, and other problem solving strategies. Many campuses, state agencies, and corporations have an ombuds.

Fraternity & Sorority Life

The Center for Student Involvement at the 51在线 is a multi-functioning office that serves various aspects of the Fraternity and Sorority community.

Student Accessibility Services

New freshman and transfer students may apply for accommodations for disabilities once admitted to USF, while current students may apply at any time. It is your responsibility as a student to identify yourself to the office and present proper documentation of your disability if you would like to receive academic accommodations. Counseling Center

The Counseling Center promotes students' psychological wellness and academic success by providing students high quality, culturally competent counseling, mental health education training and outreach in collaboration with the university community.

Dean of Students Office

Professionals and students in the Office of the Assistant Vice President & Dean of Students collaborate to facilitate learning opportunities and experiences that extend beyond the classroom. They provide students with activities that foster knowledge and success, and create a complete University experience where students achieve an understanding of themselves and the world around them.
