Length of Service

ANNOUNCEMENT

We're excited to introduce a bold, new program designed to honor our dedicated employees. This revamped Length of Service program will recognize those who have reached service milestones from June 1, 2024, through December 2025. Stay tuned for more details!

Congratulations to our length of service honorees

USF's Length of Service recognition program celebrates the long term commitment of our unBULLievable employees to the University. Employee recognition is a vital part of USF. Recognizing and supporting the contributions of our Faculty and Staff is a critical part of fulfilling our mission. Each of our employees makes a difference and this is one small way of saying, "Thanks!" Employees with continuous service in a regular line position at USF are eligible for recognition at each 5 year milestone.

We try very hard to make sure we recognize everyone who has reached a milestone anniversary. If you feel you have been overlooked, please contact your supervisor or Central Human Resources by emailing HR Events at HRevents@usf.edu.

YOUR JOURNEY DESERVES RECOGNITION

We will be unveiling a newly revamped Length of Service program!

Program Highlights

  • Customized Electronic Badges and Pins: Each honoree will receive a personalized electronic badge and pin marking your service year.
  • Acrylic Cube: Each milestone for 10 years and beyond wil be displayed in a special acrylic cube, a keepsake to honor your time and impact within the university.
  • Electronic Certificate of Appreciation: You will receive an electronic certificate commemorating your years of service.
  • Luncheon with the President: For each milestone 25 years and beyond, you will join fellow milestones achievers for a special luncheon with the president. This will be a unique opportunity to connect and celebrate while being recognized for your contributions.

Honorees celebrating anniversaries from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 will be able to claim gifts starting in January 2025. This website will be updating in the coming weeks with more details. Please reach out to hrevents@usf.edu if you have any questions.
