David Himmelgreen: Associate Editor, , which publishes articles on all aspects of food and nutrition.

Antoinette T. Jackson: Editor, , which publishes global and cross-cultural perspectives in the fields of Cultural Heritage Studies, Public Archaeology and Museum Studies.
