Our visiting scholars enjoy one of the best locations on campus. Situated in the Magnolia
Apartment complex, the visiting scholar apartments are close to everything. With access
to the Bull Runner bus stop and nearby Beard parking garage, you will find that it
is easy to get around campus quickly. Each day, you will come home to a fully furnished
space and relax in your comfortable chairs. Our kitchens are fully equipped with appliances
(including a coffee maker), cutlery, and plateware. TVs are provided in the living
room and every master suite.

- Family Apartment - $2,750 / month
- Master Bedroom Suite - $1,750 / month
