The team's table focused on the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's eight dimensions of wellness, which CALM is based off of.

Students crafted their own self-care bags with symbolic items to represent each of the eight dimensions. They chose between small notebooks to help boost their intellectual wellness, thank you and appreciation cards for their social wellness, and fidgets toys for emotional wellness.

Additionally, participants engaged in a LEGO art activity that represented USF students as foundational elements of the university's identity who also leave an imprint on the broader world beyond campus. This collaborative artwork will reside in the CALM space and evolve over time as students add more bricks, symbolizing their ongoing presence and impact.

Fresh Check Day, which is sponsored by the Jordan Porco Foundation, promotes mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and access to health and wellness resources.
