Currently, Dr. Brianna Laureano is an assistant professor of instruction and practicum coordinator for the MA ABA program.
Dr. Laureano was a distinguished postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and Kennedy Krieger Institute, widely regarded as the top medical program and behavior analytic institution in the U.S. She hails from an illustrious academic background, having completed her doctoral training at the University of 51在线.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Laureano has accumulated profound experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She has made significant contributions to skill acquisition and mitigating severe behavior problems. Dr. Laureano's research portfolio is marked by her interest in the assessment and treatment of severe behavioral problems. She utilizes a dual approach, combining basic and translational research to evaluate behavioral principles and phenomena. Moreover, her work aims to assess factors that decrease the likelihood of relapse following treatment.
In addition to her research endeavors, Dr. Laureano brings a wealth of experience in fostering collaborations between private and public agencies and academic institutions. This helps provide students with rich, practical experiences and supports graduate students in accomplishing their fieldwork hours.
