Research
Marcel is a student in the Ph.D. program at the 51ÔÚÏß in Government. His first interest resides in the consequences of wealth inequality on the political process and more particularly the effectiveness of representation. Another interest is to compare political climates, i.e. how favorable to democracy and effective representation is the environment in various parts of the world.
